The upcoming Mother's Day weekend is such the moment. From a salmon coulibiac with herbed rice & a pouring of ikura beurre blanc, to a rich but light shredded duck confit salad with sparks of cranberry, or a simple pistachio cake, heavy with berries but as soft as a hug. These are the specials that will feature alongside our regular menu of greatest hits.
